Exclusive License

The cost of an Exclusive License ranges between $125-$2,000 per beat. If you are not on a shoestring budget and are serious about music, it is the best option.

You will own the recording as a “work made for hire” but must give full credit to Geo the Architect on all commercial recordings.

With an Exclusive License you have the rights to:

•Sell unlimited copies of your product through unlimited mediums.
•Unlimited radio broadcast rights.
•Unlimited video synchronizations with your song.
•Unlimited for-profit and non-profit performance rights.
•Unlimited non-commercial, non-profit use and non-profit performance rights.
•All vocal tags are removed from the licensed beat.
•Pay NO royalties! You keep all your profit.
•All vocal tags are removed from the licensed beat.
•The beat will no longer be sold, however, prior leasing rights holders will still retain rights to the beat.

•In addition to the mix and master files, you will also receive an Exclusive License agreement in PDF format.
•You will also receive a zip file containing the instrument stems for each track included in the song (kick, snare, hihats, keys, synth, bass, sound fx, vocals, etc.) in 16-bit stereo, 44.1 kHz WAV format.

When the tracks are placed at a common starting point, they will sync perfectly to create the rough mix of the track intact.

•The beat will no longer be sold, however, prior leasing rights holders will still retain rights to the beat.
