Multi-Track License $80

Multi-track licenses are non-exclusive and include a Basic Lease agreement. The cost of purchasing multi-tracks is $80.00 per beat.

By purchasing a Multi-track license, you will gain access to the individual track files and have full control over recording your song(s).

Purchasing Multi-tracks entitles you to the following rights:

•Record a song using the licensed beat and sell up to ten thousand (10,000) copies of your song through cd sales, internet downloads, and other mediums. Sales above 10,000 copies will require you to purchase an Exclusive License.
•Use the beat for one commercial recording or broadcast. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos.
•In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat after you have purchased a basic lease license, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use.
•You may use the beat royalty-free, however, you must however give full credit to Geo the Architect on all commercial recordings.
•All vocal tags are removed from the licensed beat.
•Pay NO royalties! You keep all your profit.

Ownership

"Geo the Architect" maintains 100% full rights (copyright and ownership) of the instrumental, and can continue to sell it non-exclusively and/or exclusively.

The Licensee has neither the right nor authority to sell or license the rights to the Instrumental whether in whole or part to any other party. In the event another individual purchases exclusive rights to your licensed Instrumental you will retain your non-exclusive rights under the limitations listed in this agreement and until these terms have been fulfilled.

Credit

The Licensee must give production credit to the Licensor (Geo the Architect) for any and all distributed material.

This can be done verbally (through recorded vocals on the Master Recording) or written in or on the CD booklet or outside cover.

The Licensor reserves the right to keep an audio signature at the beginning of all non- exclusive instrumentals.

By receiving this contract via email, you automatically agree to the terms stated above and gain non-exclusive rights to the Instrumental.

Term

All rights in this agreement last for one (1) year after purchase date of this license.

If the Licensee wishes to use the Instrumental after the expiry date, then the Licensee must obtain another license from the Licensor.
